Two women were critically injured in a Sacramento car accident after their vehicle was struck by an SUV that ran a red light. According to a News10 report, the major injury car accident occurred at the intersection of Manzanita and Coyle avenues in Carmichael the night of November 23, 2010. California Highway Patrol officials say, an SUV carrying teenagers ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into a Saturn sedan and a Honda CRV.
