SWEEPSTAKES TERMS AND CONDITIONS   

$25 Gift Card to ARCO or Starbucks Giveaway

 Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of California and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Cliff Cottam Insurance Services and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and/or agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address are not eligible for entry. This shall include spouses, parents, step-parents, siblings, children or people who share the same residence.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Cliff Cottam Insurance Services, 1111 Howe Avenue, Suite 535, Sacramento, CA 95825.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in a Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes is continuous and for every 20 testimonials received, we will award one $25 gift card to a randomly selected winner. 

Sweepstakes Entry/Submission: To enter participants must fill out a testimonial on Cliff Cottam Insurance Services' Page or our Surveymonkey and fill out our entry form with their name, age, and e-mail address.

Winner Selection: Winner(s) will be selected via a random drawing. Winners will receive a $25 gift card to either ARCO gas stations or Starbucks.

The odds of winning will be determined upon the closing date and based upon the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide their first and last names, age, and mailing address. If a potential winner does not respond within the time-frame stated in the notification email, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period.

Requirements of the Potential Winners: As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by Cliff Cottam Insurance Services in their absolute discretion. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official rules. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the legal document within the required time period, an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place.

General Conditions: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Cliff Cottam Insurance Services, including its officers, employees and agents, excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) by any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner; or (f) use or misuse of the prize including but not limited to personal injury, death and/or property damage.

Cliff Cottam Insurance Services assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to technical, network, or hardware failures.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use the winners name, city, photograph, and any statements regarding this sweepstakes for editorial, public relation, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Cliff Cottam Insurance Services without compensation to the winner.
